Gloria has led revenue cycle operations and payer credentialing strategies at OPTIMAX since 2014. Her expertise lies in optimizing billing processes, negotiating payer contracts, and ensuring seamless provider credentialing to maximize revenue and streamline operations.

Before joining OPTIMAX, she held leadership roles at Kern Radiology Medical Group, where she successfully streamlined patient intake and management processes and improved the performance & quality of the data entry team.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exercising, cooking, and spending quality time with my family.
