Jaclyn leads the OPTIMAX Consulting Services Coding and Compliance team. With 25 years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, she has held roles in medical billing, coding, utilization review, patient financial services, and contracting. Jaclyn is committed to ensuring the accuracy and quality of coded data while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Jaclyn holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University and is a Certified Risk Adjustment Coder with the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). Her previous roles included Revenue Cycle Director at a community hospital and a group of pain management clinics, as well as serving in contracting and provider relations within a managed care health plan.

Jaclyn’s extensive experience on both the Health Plan and Professional Services side of the revenue cycle has equipped her with valuable knowledge and insights, enabling her to develop reliable strategies to ensure quality standards, provide solutions to unique challenges, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
