Sonny Diaz

Director of Innovation

Sonny joined the OPTIMAX Consulting Services team in 2023 to integrate cutting-edge technologies within the OPTIMAX ecosystem. In addition to leading our innovation initiatives, Sonny has served as VP of Operations for a large OPTIMAX Immunology Practice client, focusing on optimizing practice workflows, establishing RCM best practices, and enhancing the EHR to improve interoperability.

Before joining OPTIMAX, Sonny established Ketamine infusion centers across the U.S., optimizing insurance billing processes and introducing innovative treatments to Veteran Services in multiple states. As Director and Owner, he also developed a comprehensive EMR system to track patient outcomes, furthering the advancement of this emerging treatment.

Sonny holds a degree in Biology from Arizona State University and has furthered his education as an Anesthesia Assistant. Committed to his community, Sonny’s consistent goal has been to develop and implement practical solutions that significantly enhance medical efficiency and advancement.
