DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Stephanie joined the billing department at OPTIMAX Consulting Services in 2011. Through time, dedication, and thoughtful leadership, she has advanced to her current role as Director of Operations. In this role, Stephanie oversees critical business functions, ensures efficient operations & workflow, and drives strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Prior to joining OPTIMAX, Stephanie’s work responsibilities included revenue cycle management and medical records for a Radiology Center, a Pediatric Specialist, a Wound Care Clinic, and a General Surgery Practice. As a result of her unique background & work experience, Stephanie has developed outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to develop unique solutions to a wide range of billing & revenue cycle situations & challenges.

Stephanie’s dedication & commitment to efficient and optimal workflow have allowed her to consistently deliver the highest quality of service to OPTIMAX clients.
